The DT-466 engine does have removable cylinder liners. If the head is not cracked, and the head gasket is not leaking, then the next place I would check would be the liners. They are sealed with o-rings, but often electrolosys in the coolant causes corrosion near the o-rings, and eventually causes a leak.
